Charts Showing Progress Of Toastmasters Members

There are nice wall charts showing the progress of Toastmasters members on their way towards their CC and CL awards. We are thinking of using these for our own Comfortably Speaking Toastmasters club in order to help track the development of our club members. Maybe this would motivate all the members to keep doing their projects on a regular basis. What do you think?
