Policy Adopted At Our Toastmasters Club

Our Comfortably Speaking TM club have adopted a policy that members who have not renewed memberships by paying dues on time will be allowed one grace meeting after the due date. If such members attend future meetings after this grace meeting without having paid dues, these members will not be eligible to participate in any meeting roles including speeches if there are enough paid members present to fill them. This policy applies to all members, whether they are club officers or not.
