Right Level Of Formality At Our Mississauga Toastmasters Club

After visiting yet more Toastmasters clubs I haven't been to before, I've come to realize that our own Mississauga Toastmasters club is at the proper level of formality. The odd club out there is just too formal for my tastes. One club in particular has members refer to each other as 'Toastmaster last name'. I think that is way too formal as I would rather have a more informal, relaxed atmosphere and just focus on developing our communication and leadership skills.
