Toronto Diversity Program Still Needed
It's interesting because I was speaking to a group of Toastmasters in Brantford last night (about 1 hour from Toronto) and they were mentioning that although we live in a pretty culturally diverse society here in Ontario, we still need a Toronto diversity program because not everyone is respectful of other cultures and differences. The fact that this type of thing exists even in a diverse environment shows that there is still a lot of room for diversity education. My diversity education program is presented mainly to college and university students but looks like the professional adult workplace will be another area that I'll be called on to talk about diversity skills.

Graphic For Diversity Talk By Toastmaster DTM
Here's a new graphic that represents the diversity education presentations by Toastmaster DTM and professional diversity speaker Clint Cora. The actual diversity training seminar is called 'Kicking Down Diversity Barriers For Success' but the graphic uses the more active take action form 'Kick Down Diversity Barriers'. This diversity training presentation is available for both colleges and companies.
