Student Affairs and Campus Diversity Activities

Since colleges and universities are becoming more diverse each year, student affairs departments have great opportunities to take advantage of this fact and program campus diversity activities that will help achieve certain outcomes suggested by Learning Reconsidered. Learning Reconsidered was a document jointly released by NASPA and ACPA in 2004. A new article written by Toastmasters DTM Clint Cora identifies and describes which specific learning outcomes that can be achieved by student affairs staff if the right campus activities involved diversity.
