College Diversity and Learning Reconsidered

College diversity and the Learning Reconsidered document which was jointly released by NASPA and ACPA in 2004 can work very well together. Learning Reconsidered suggests that college students can learn and develop outside the classroom through campus activities as well as inside the classroom. If certain campus activities had elements of diversity, then learning outcomes will be achieved according to the guidelines. A new articles explores how college diversity and Learning Reconsidered are related. Other outcomes described in this document involve communication between people and Toastmasters can certainly play a role here.
