Mississauga Toastmasters Club Just Right Level of Formality

After visiting some more Toastmasters clubs I've never been to before, I am now certain that our own Mississauga Toastmasters club is at the right level of formality. Some of these other clubs I visited were much more formal than ours with more emphasis on Robert's parliamentary rules and even addressing each other as 'Toastmaster - last name'. I personally do not feel so much formality is required for developing our communications and leadership skills. Some of those other Toastmasters clubs are so formal that I really don't wish to visit them again as I prefer less formal atmospheres. So as far as our own Mississauga Toastmasters club goes, I think we are in the right track.
