Try To Keep Bios That Do Not Have To Be Changed

When everyone is submitting their bios for our Comfortably Speaking Toastmasters club website, let's try to keep them in versions that do not have to be changed much in the future.  For example, if you joined Toastmasters say two years ago as mentioned in your bio, well next year, it won't be two years anymore as it will be three.  So it is better to either leave it out or modify your text so that minimal changes are called for next year.
