Don't Keep Self Improvement Tips To Yourself
So far, we have lots of individuals from over 22 different countries as free subscribers to motivational author and speaker Clint Cora's monthly Motivational Quotes Newsletter and his Dose of Motivation Audio Podcast. But there's no need to keep all the useful self improvement tips to yourself. If you feel that some of your friends, relatives and colleagues can benefit from these self improvement tips, please let them know about Clint's free resources. This way, they can also get both the newsletter and the audio podcast in a timely fashion and start using the tips for their own lives. It's in the spirit of Toastmasters to share.

Self improvement Requires Regular Motivation
I did a talk last night and one of the points that came up with discussion with my audience was that self improvement requires regular motivation. The reason why many people fail in self improvement is that they forget important principles of what they learn in seminars and talks. Then they are back to where they started from. If people made a commitment to read motivation and self improvement books or listen to self improvement audio podcasts for example on a regular basis, principles will stay top of mind and the chances of taking action for success are much higher.
