How To Maximize Use Of Our Three Hour Room Rental

One of the things that I'm going to get our club executive to discuss is how to maximize the use of our room rental which is a three hour minimum. We are paying for three hours yet our club meetings are only two hours. Perhaps the meetings should be expanded to 2.5 hours given that we have so many new members and speakers each meeting.
